Return Policy – Péché Mignon
At Péché Mignon, each product is carefully selected, prepared and packaged in accordance with applicable hygiene and food safety standards.
Due to their perishable nature, food products (chocolates, biscuits, confectionery, etc.) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded in the event of a change of mind, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
No right of withdrawal applies to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Damaged or non-compliant products
In the event of damaged, missing or non-compliant products, the Customer must contact Péché Mignon within a strict period of 48 hours following delivery at: help@peche-mignon.com
The request must include:
- order number
- clear photos of the parcel (external and internal)
- photos of the products concerned
- detailed description of the issue
Failing this, the request may be rejected as inadmissible.
All claims are subject to prior review. Péché Mignon reserves the right to refuse any abusive or fraudulent request.
Where appropriate, and at its sole discretion, Péché Mignon may offer a commercial solution (replacement or partial/full refund), without automatic admission of liability.
Exclusions of liability
- delivery delays beyond the Seller’s control
- late collection by the Customer
- improper storage after delivery
- exposure to unsuitable climatic conditions
- incorrect delivery address provided by the Customer
Non-perishable items
Non-perishable products (such as porcelain items) may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return costs are borne by the Customer unless the error is attributable to Péché Mignon.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after verification of returned goods.
