Corporate gifting guide: quantities, lead times and personalisation

Planning gifts for clients, colleagues or partners? This guide explains our indicative quantities, lead times, personalisation options and delivery arrangements, so you can plan your project with confidence.

Quantities and levels of personalisation

Our minimum quantities depend on the presentation and level of customisation required:

• From 10 gifts: ready-to-give Péché Mignon gift boxes, selected from our current range.
• From 20 gifts: gift boxes with a personalised message card.
• From 50 gifts: branded stickers, sleeves or presentation elements, subject to the chosen format.
• From 100 gifts: fully bespoke packaging or assortments, following a technical and commercial review.

These thresholds are indicative. Product availability, dietary requirements, delivery destinations and production constraints may affect the minimum quantity for a specific project.

Indicative lead times

• Ready-made gift boxes: allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery to one address, subject to stock availability.
• Gift boxes with a personalised card: allow 10 to 15 working days after approval of the message.
• Branded stickers: allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
• Branded sleeves or presentation elements: allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
• Fully bespoke packaging or assortments: allow 10 to 12 weeks, and sometimes longer depending on production.

For Christmas, Easter and other busy gifting periods, please contact us at least 6 to 8 weeks before your preferred delivery date. For fully bespoke packaging, allow 10 to 12 weeks or more.

Delivery arrangements

We can organise delivery to one address or review a multi-address or international delivery plan. Timings and costs depend on the number of destinations, countries, parcel sizes and any date-specific requirements.

Products are prepared and packed with care. Where an order contains fragile or temperature-sensitive items, the proposed delivery method will take the season and destination into account.

When is a tailored quotation required?

Standard, non-personalised gift boxes delivered to one address may be ordered directly online when the required quantity is available. All other corporate projects require a tailored quotation, including:

• volume orders;
• personalised cards, stickers, sleeves or bespoke packaging;
• multiple delivery addresses or international delivery;
• multiple dietary requirements;
• urgent orders or delivery on a fixed date.

This allows us to confirm availability, production capacity, delivery costs and a reliable schedule before you commit.
